Low key can get some rest and is laid back. It's also right down the street from lots of store's . A Walmart is very close by. If you want a laid back chill spot that is out the way still close by everything then choose this spot.
This is am independent motel. There are no frills but the rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable but not a top quality mattress. The TV and ACwere very good. I was visiting a friend and the sofa in the room was nice for visiting.
Did not stay myself but I dropped off my in-law n it's not to bad just from what I hot to see when u help her get to her room. The room was clean n the restroom smelled good it's not a bad location either.. I would rent a room if I ever need to..
Excellent place to stay. The manager Mario gave us all the attention we needed for our stay. We came from Florida and were planning to stay near Fullerton and search every hotel prices were so high. Akua has the best prices and rooms are in good condition. I will be back soon . Thanks Mario for everything, we will see you soon.
Cheap and clean 2 years ago. I went there recently. What the difference. Evidently they are taking it homeless. My room this time was absolutely disgusting. Went to the toilet and someone been using the wall to wipe their nose not clean. I woke up about 2:00 in the morning with things crawling on me I got the hell out of there do not go. GROSS

Great place to stay for a very reasonable price and usually they have a room even when showing up at 8 or 9pm and trying to get a room. The front office only has one person working so sometimes you have to wait for them to get back up there. She is very nice and they even have snacks and drinks available from vending machine. Free ice machine. A coin machine laundry room is available too. Deposit is only $12. They take cash or card. Some rooms have microwave and fridge available for an extra charge. The pool is open during COVID-19 but it needs to be cleaned more. You can stay a night for under $80 which includes tax. A lot of people in the area late at night, so be careful.
They refunded me a night back because I checked out earlier. Some other hotels just make you pay it all. The cleaning staff is amazing and hard working and the management is really nice.
